Free Kiwi (8/749)

Played my first Kiwi Poker Beginner's Freeroll today and got 8th place out of 749. Not bad, except that it paid only $2.50 which is not a whole lot.

Poker4Flush

Made the money at the $400 freeroll on Poker4Ever. Played a very wild game and eventually lost to a four flush, but I had to leave the game anyway and didn't have time to wait out for the higher payouts. I got 64th out of 801 which is not bad. Good rush at the beginning saw me double and triple up two hands in a row. Now what can I do with the $1 I got? I guess play limit .05/.10 which is a serious money game.....

Started a new blog that's all about free poker - NeverPay4Poker. Go check it out.

From combing the interent for the best free deals I found a WSOP satelite freeroll on SunPoker where the top 10 spots earn entry into a $15K WSOP seat. I finished 40th out of 456 players. I played very loose at the end and tried to push with low pocket pairs. I had lost most of my chips when my KK (with a huge raise) ran into A5 when an A hit the turn. Still 40th is not bad.
