This is probably the dumbest post I have ever put on here. I've started to use the 2.5xBB pre-flop raise instead of the usual 3-4xBB that many people use. I know the pros and cons of doing it and depending on the situation I will actually go higher than that, but at least when I do it consistently I can get away with it most of the time.
My revelation to you loyal readers is this:
Instead of trying to calculate 2.5xBB why not just go ahead and do 5xSB? I am a fawking math genius!
Hoyazo, who won the New Jersey Math League as a teenager TWICE, can figure out that a certain given probability is a little over 20% (when it is really 20.3 or 20.7). I stick to the small stuff.
