Wicked Chops Poker Soft Playing Da Brat?

I love WCP. I think these guys are awesome. But I have to admit I am a bit alarmed at this latest development. They reported on Phil Helmuth crashing a racecar but totally soft played the story.

So I had to leave the following comment:



Damn, you guys are really soft playing this one, don't you think? The real WCP I know would have been all over this like flies on dung, but I guess with the RawVegas stuff you have to make nice nice with Da Brat?

This press release is pathetic. "The poker world is holding its breath"? Are you kidding, who cares? "lost control of his high-speed racecar"? while making slow turns in the parking lot of the Rio? "testing the 200 mph racecar in the Nevada desert"? Once again, he was driving miss daisy in the parking lot!

The only reason Phil could get severe whiplash from this "accident" is because he might have had his head too far up his own ass.

We expect more from you guys.
