This is after the bubble had burst and we are three handed. I had been raising the button every hand and both players were getting irritated. This time I just call:
FullTiltPoker Game #3394230973: $5 + $0.50 Sit & Go (25950965), Table 1 - 200/400 - No Limit Hold'em - 21:14:29 ET - 2007/08/28
Seat 3: Magnum-S (3,650)
Seat 4: Kajagugu (5,550)
Seat 9: RollnTide (4,300)
RollnTide posts the small blind of 200
Magnum-S posts the big blind of 400
The button is in seat #4
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Kajagugu [2s As]
Kajagugu calls 400 - I just call knowing someone is going to pop me.
RollnTide raises to 1,200 - Here comes the pop.
Magnum-S raises to 3,650, and is all in - and here comes the re-pop.
Kajagugu folds - I easily fold and let them duke it out.
RollnTide calls 2,450 - Pot's big enough and he makes the call.
Magnum-S shows [Ah Jh]
RollnTide shows [Tc Ks] - Marginal pop, very marginal all-in call.
*** FLOP *** [3s 7h 3d]
*** TURN *** [3s 7h 3d] [Ad]
*** RIVER *** [3s 7h 3d Ad] [4d]
Magnum-S shows two pair, Aces and Threes
RollnTide shows a pair of Threes
Magnum-S wins the pot (7,700) with two pair, Aces and Threes
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot 7,700 | Rake 0
Board: [3s 7h 3d Ad 4d]
Seat 3: Magnum-S (big blind) showed [Ah Jh] and won (7,700) with two pair, Aces and Threes
Seat 4: Kajagugu (button) folded before the Flop
Seat 9: RollnTide (small blind) showed [Tc Ks] and lost with a pair of Threes
This is not the best example, but it starts to show how you can get people to play into bad situations. I will look for some more examples and try to save some hands when I actually play them instead of having to research PT.
