This is Alabama. We "Speak" English.

This is some funny shit. I am not even going to discuss the fact that I agree with this doofus and everyone who lives here needs to speaka-da-Engrish. But to come out and say that people speak English in Alabama is misleading. Well, maybe they can speak it, but they can't read or write it real good.

When you go to the NAEP website and run some state comparissons, Bama don't come out too good. In 4th grade reading they're in 40th place among the states. in 8th grade they drop to 44th place. Writing doesn't have current data on the site but the latest the have is 43rd and 40th places. Not so good.

But its gooder than Maths. Cause fo maths they are in 50sth plac. fo both 4th and 8th graed! Can you beli' dat?
